The Connecticut Emergency Management Symposium '11 is Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at the Crowne Plaza Hartford-Cromwell Hotel and Conference Center in Cromwell.

The program is co-sponsored by the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities (CCM), the Connecticut Department of Emergency Management & Homeland Security (DEMHS) and the Connecticut Department
of Public Health (DPH). This is the only program in Connecticut in 2011 that will bring together a broad
cross-section of federal, state and local government officials, public health providers, and municipal
decision-makers who oversee or are directly responsible for disaster-response and emergency-management issues.

The Connecticut Emergency Management Symposium '11 offers a unique opportunity to present your products and services to municipal decision-makers in a setting devoted entirely to this critical arena of government.

Key municipal officials from Connecticut's 169 towns and cities who are expected to attend the May 3rd symposium include Mayors and First Selectmen, town and city managers, police and fire officials, public health professionals, school and hospital personnel, safety and security professionals, information-technology staff, municipal attorneys, finance directors, purchasing agents, city/town clerks, and school business managers.

The trade show will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  The symposium schedule offers extended periods of time for municipal officials to tour the exhibit area.  A number of activities, such as a continental breakfast, lunch, and desserts will take place in the exhibit hall, to ensure local officials visit as many exhibits as possible throughout the day.

Participating vendors should demonstrate disaster-response/emergency-management/public health solutions that are applicable to municipal government needs.

Applications that are accepted will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis - and space is limited. Applications will be reviewed by CCM and vendors whose products do not meet the stated criteria will receive a full refund.

All exhibitors with completed applications in by March 15th will receive a free set of mailing labels for the 169 chief elected officials in Connecticut.

The cost of a 10' x 8' booth is ONLY $ 995!

Booth sales are now closed.

Please return your completed application and contract, along with payment, at your earliest convenience.
